My first job ever was at a bakery. After two years of helping costumers I decided I wanted to try something new.
When I was young I always liked art, it was a way for me to let out my creativity.
The need to create led me to try cake decorating.
I picked up a spatula with buttercream on hand and turned a delicious dessert into a beautiful work of art ready to be devoured.
After years of being a cake decorator for some of Westchester's local bakeries, I decided to attend the Pastry Arts Program at the International Culinary Center in NYC.
It was the best time of my life, I learned so much from all the talented chefs there.
Now I'm able to create an edible works of art!

Everything I make is hand made from scratch, using local vendors to get the best ingredients.
