HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Easy! Simply submit your order via our Order Form

Once an order sheet has been submitted please allow 1 – 2 business days for us to confirm availability. We then will go over your order details and finalize your order.

WHERE TO PICK UP?

Pick up is at 218 Ashford Ave Dobbs Ferry NY,10522

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to hold your date. If your deposit is not paid, the date will be left open for the next customer.  

The remaining balance is due at pick up, unless its a delivery. 

Your spot is not secured until we receive the deposit.

IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

Delivery is available on a first come first serve basis. A delivery fee applies depending on the location of your event. Full payment is due before delivery date.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CAKE?

Payments can be made via invoice, or in store only. We DO NOT except venmo, zelle, or cashapp.

HOW DO I STORE MY CAKE?

All cakes must be refrigerated then taken out at least 2 hours before serving for best results.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY ORDER?

I typically book up quickly so I would recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Please keep in mind that during peak season May-June, Sept-December I may book out up to 4 weeks in advance. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once your deposit is paid it's nonrefundable. The deposit can not be used towards another order.

DO YOU SHIP?

We do not ship our products at this time.
